He is survived by : his wife Millie Privett; his daughter Cynthia Privett Ruth; his grandchildren, Heather Talty, Jimmy Ruth, Jennifer Terrell, Donnie Ruth, Danielle Eaton, Theresa Becerra and Jordan Gibson; and his siblings, Carlton Privett, Barney Privett and Minnie Faye Gibson. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
