It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ryleigh Lynn Smith (Ashland, Alabama), born in Anniston, Alabama, who passed away on August 27, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Fred Hill, Jimmie Strickland, Gordon Bennefield, Jean Smith and Doris Bennefield.
She is survived by: her sisters, Lucy and Maggie; her parents, Erin Smith and Wendy Bennefield Smith of Ashland; her grandparents, Todd Smith of Ashland, Tonya Smith of Lineville, Rick Bennefield of Alexandria, Karen Caldwell (James Robert) of Ashland, Bobby Smith of Ashland, Catherine Williamson (Billy) of Lineville and Donna Patterson (Jerry) of Delta; and her aunts and uncles, Erika Smith (Slayton) of Alexandria, Haley Hudson (Blake) of Lineville, Kellen Caldwell of Ashland and Emmanual Hunter of Huntsville. She is also survived by other aunts, uncles and a large extended family.
