With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sarah Rebecca Brooks of Ashland, Alabama, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Pittard and Sarah Pittard; her siblings, David Pittard and JoAnn Cowan; her husband Ronald E. Brooks; and her daughter Melissa Lucille Brooks.
She is survived by: her daughter Beth Brooks Baker (Mark); her grandson Daniel Zachary Smith (Brooke Giddens); her stepson Charlie; her grandchildren, Sarah Emily Smith and John Brooks Williams; her great grandchildren, Harper and Patton Fields; and her sister Joyce Reynolds. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the First Baptist Church - Ashland (83558 AL-9, Ashland, AL 36251). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (83558 AL-9, Ashland, AL 36251).
