She is survived by: her children, Herb Lewis, Richard Craycraft (Glenda), Harriet Forsythe, Patricia LeBeau, Janet Lewis and Annette Williams (Grady); and her grandchildren, Jerry Forsythe, Jr., Heather Forsythe, Anna Connor, Michael Lee Lewis, Victor Anthony Adams (Ashley), John Lewis, Ricky Craycraft and Jeremy Moore. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
