He is survived by: his wife Darla Bethea "Totise" Mims of Atmore, AL.; his children, Joshua Cullen Mims of Daphne, AL, Lindsay Bethea Mims of Atmore, AL. and Anna Katherine Mims of Atmore, AL.; and his grandchildren, Jazmine, Ella, Sydney, Keaton and Jasiah.
