He is survived by: his wife Marsha Adele Brock Welch of Bratt, FL.; his children, Rodney Lee Welch (Crystal) of Maryland, Mark Gary Welch of Virginia, Lisa Jeanette Sellers (Jimmy) of Maryland and Katie Marsha Grimaud (Jeff) of Tennessee; and his siblings, Ray Donald Welch of Bratt, FL and Shirley Wyatt of Delaware. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren and many family and friends.
