He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Neff and Viola Hoy Neff; and his siblings, Joseph L. Neff, George Harris Neff, James Irvin Neff, William Russell Neff and Anna Viola Neff.
He is survived by: his sons, Eric Neff (Linda) and David Neff (Christy); his grandchildren, Angie, Kory, Kristi, Natalie, Danielle and Lisa (Matt); and his great grandchildren, Annabelle, Peyton, Isabel, Angelena and Khloe.
