He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Rutherford and Evelyn Rutherford; and his brother Glenn Rutherford. He is survived by: his children, Ricky Rutherford (Linda) of Perdido, AL, Rocky Rutherford of Monroeville, AL and Kristi Rutherford Taylor of St. Louis, MO; and his sisters, Pearl Sells of Bay Minette, AL and Mavis McGhee of Bay Minette. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
