He is survived by: his wife Margaret Byrd of Atmore, AL; his children, Ronald Eugene Byrd (Glynith) of Atmore, AL, Bobby Byrd (Lisa) of Oak Grove, FL, Patricia Ann Gibbs (David) of Atmore, AL and Janet Burkette (Ricky) of Mobile, AL; his sister Margie Gartside (Terry) of Orlando, FL; his grandchildren, Ashley White (Chad), Lindsay Wood (Michael), Stacey White (Kevin), Matt Burkette, Taylor Byrd, Audrey Byrd, Kristen McDaniel (Luke), Zach Burkette, Kayleigh Burkette, Sean Searls (Merdith) and Kevin Searls (Pheobe); his great grandchildren, Bryson White, Brayden White, Kinzy Wood, Kylie Wood, Hayden White, Huxley White, Hadley White, Wade McDaniel, Gage Searls and Dexter Searls; and his pet Duffy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many many friends.
