She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Milam and Otis Milam; and her siblings, Aaron Milam, Tommy Milam, Melba Palmer, Evelyn George and Flora Caudle.
She is survived by: her children, Kay Dugger and Kenneth Palmer (Joyce). She is also survived by three grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Siberton Baptist Church building fund.
