She was predeceased by: her husband Sam Blackmon; her parents, Clarence Perry and Mabel Beatrice Perry; her brothers, William "Bugs" Perry and Gene "Tex" Perry; her daughter Carla Jean "Jeanie" Pearce; her nephew Mark Perry; and her former husband T. C. Pearce.

She is survived by: her pet Butch; her daughters, Tina Beavers (Allen), Teresa Pearce Phillips and Danne Pearce Dunn; her grandchildren, Dylan Perry Beavers, Lindsey Carol Beavers, Nicci Garmon Gillespie (Drew), Ashley Beaugez and Matt Dunn; her stepchildren, Tim Blackmon (Nancy) and Tammy Gilliland (Greg); her great grandchildren, Mackenzye Germany, Gavin Gillespie and Kennedy Jones; her stepgrandchildren, Hannah Blackmon, Magan Dickey (Beau), Emily McAllister (Jacob) and Samuel Gilliland; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Atti, Scarlett, Jed Dickey and Ava Blackmon; and her sibling's children, Shannon Perry May, Marcia Perry and Will Perry May.
