He is survived by: his wife Joann Graves; his children, Marcus Graves (Reanna) and Melia Griffith (Cayce); his grandsons, Rhett Bowlin, Marshall Graves and Cayson Griffith; and his brothers, Jack Jr. Graves (Sunita) and Jon Graves.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Sand Valley Fire Department or Whitesboro Elementary School.
