She was predeceased by : her parents, Eston Wood and Iderhue Wood; her sister Latina Wood; and her nieces, April and Karla Foster.

She is survived by : her daughters, Tina Smith (Charlie) and Angela Chesser (Darrell); her grandchildren, Drake Lively (Starr), Wes Smith (Alyssa), Jacob Smith, Kyle Chesser and Leslie Brown (Tyler); her great grandchildren, Brantley Lively, Jovi Lively, Kenna Grace Smith, Milo Brown and Archie Brown; and her sister Janice Halsey (Dean).
