He is survived by: his wife Bethany Swindall; his stepchildren, Wayne Montgomery and Deanna Peoples; his siblings, James Daniel Swindall and Kathy Mae Sheffield; his nephews, Jimmy Ray Hammett and David Hammett; and his grandchildren, Alexandria, Karlie, Conner, Serenity, Wayne Junior, Bailey, Alexander, Gabriel and Tessa. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
