He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joye Streip Lewis; his children, Terry J. Lewis (Nancy), Jon S. Lewis (Fay), Phillip A. Lewis (Jamie) and LeAnna Lewis; his grandchildren, Anna Marie Lewis, Katy Lewis Henry (Josh), Tyler J. Lewis (Steph) and Scotty Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Aiden Wayne Henry and Collin Ray Henry.
