She was predeceased by : her husband Carl David Churchill; her daughters, Suzanne Hampton and Teresa Lynn Churchill; her parents, John Albert and Alice America Conley Wood; and her siblings, Dorothy Sue Latham, Roy Lee Wood and James Albert Wood.

She is survived by : her children, Ricky D. Churchill (Allison), Vicky Churchill Tanner, Pamela Churchill Farmer (Mickey) and Sandra Churchill; and her sisters-in-law, Nancy Crumpton Wood and Faye Churchill Stracener. She is also survived by her granddaughter, April Suzanne Churchill, 12 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren.
