He was predeceased by: his parents, Sue Hawkins and Leon Hawkins; his brother Jeff Hawkins; and his grandson Grant Cowgill. He is survived by: his friend Michael Henry Hawkins; his wife Theresa Hawkins; his children, Terri Elliott (Jeff), Leslie Hawkins, Lane Taylor (Lorri) and Corey Taylor (Amy); his grandchildren, Katie Browning (Tyler), Zac Taylor (Haley), Cody Taylor (Samantha), AJ Taylor, Kyle Minshew, Emma Smith, Ty Taylor, Calleigh Elliott and Andrew Elliott; his great grandchild Cooper Mac Taylor; and his siblings, Suzanne Hawkins, Marjorie Cleckley (Bill) and Stanley Hawkins.
