She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandmother Yocum Owens; her husband Leon Owens; her parents, Harry Sr. Yocum and Jewel Garrard Yocum; her brothers, Harry Jr., Bill and Craig Yocum; her stepson Scott Owens; her sister Helen Perkins Wiggs; her sons, Eddie Jr. Perman (Sandy) and Todd Perman; her stepdaughters, Amy Holmgren (Brad) and Kim Bailey; her grandchildren, Trey Perman (Megan), Tanner Perman (Holly), Seth Perman (Julia), Trent Perman, Savannah Perman and Madison Bailey; her great grandchildren, Vera, Ruby and Watson Perman; her sister-in-law Virginia Yocum; and her pet Ginger.
