Juliet, TN and Melinda Dawn Patterson of Nashville, TN; his brother Dennis Allen Guthery (Esther) of Phoenix, AZ; and his grandchildren, Jordan Patterson of Nashville, TN, Heather Norris of Mt. Juliet, TN and Brook Palmer of Cookville, TN. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
