He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Jacobs and Evelyn McEachern Meadors. He is survived by: his brothers, Drexel Meadors (Candy) of Lake Martin and Dwight Meadors (Beverly) of Pelham, Alabama; and his nieces and nephews, Emily McEntyre (Bradley), Stephanie Danciu (Michael), Laura Ballard (Josh), Dan Meadors (January) and Craig Meadors (Iris). He is also survived by fourteen great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. John's Episcopal Church, West Point Georgia.
