He was predeceased by : his parents, James Luther Kelley and Lula Sims Kelley; and his wife Earlene Moss Kelley. He is survived by : his son David Patrick "Pat" Kelley; his daughter-in-law Mary Anne; and his granddaughter Mary Shannon Kelley.
