She was predeceased by : her parents, Otho D. Cox and Connie Bell Cox; her husband Willie E. "Bill" Waters; her son Billy E. Waters; her sister Martha "Mott"; her brother-in-law Charles "Charkey" Jordan; and her nieces, Penny Jordan and Connie Dixon Everett.
