He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell and Rita; and his brother Brigham. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his daughters, Elizabeth, Abigail and Isabella; his parents-in-law, John and Sandra McCluskey; his siblings, Angela and Burton; and his sister-in-law Gwen.
