He is survived by: his children, Carl Jr. (Carmen), Michael (Teri) and Rosemarie Alfano (Vince); his grandchildren, Maeghan Thomas (Jacob), Anthony, Christian, Natalie, Carly, Ronni Gagliano, Anna and Maria Alfano; his great grandchildren, Lillie Jane and Zohie Scott; and his siblings, Claudia Tombrello (Jude), RoseAnn Ardovino (Joe), Marilyn Biggs, Mary Jo Jones (Dan) and Paul Gagliano Jr. (Rosemary).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church.
