He is survived by: his sister Doris Ratliff Copeland; his children, James Ratliff, Carol Ratliff Capps Anderson, Debra Ratliff Brown, Zelma Ratliff Nichols (Johnny), Naomi Ratliff Santillan (Apolonio) and Kenneth Ratliff (Danielle); his grandchildren, Marie Ratliff of Japan, Jeremy Capps (Emilee), Johnny Nichols (Heather), Randy Capps, Chris Capps, Jamie Ratliff (Bronson), Jacob Ratliff (Tabetha), Dorothy Nichols, Angela Nichols (Josh), Amanda Brown, Jennifer Anderson Williams (Frank) and Jason Anderson; and his great grandchildren, Mario Ratliff, Madyson Nichols, Jordan Nichols, Preston Clark, Jacob Anderson, Aubri Capps, Colby Capps, Addisyn Capps, Jace Nichols, Lincoln Ratliff and Lydia Brown.
