It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Claudette Lewis (Birmingham, Alabama), who passed away on July 17, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bennie Shelby and Cornelius Shelby (Bowens); her children, Angela Lewis and Andrew Lewis III of Pelham; her sister Estine Glover of Birmingham, Alabama; her grandchildren, Taylor Norman, Mitchell Morrow and Journee Lewis; and her great grandchild Skylar Ivory. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and friends.
