He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Paula; his stepdaughter Lacy Fecher; his parents, Mary Margaret and David Phillips; his brother Frank Hardy Phillips (Carol Ann); his nephew Frank Phillips Jr.; his nieces, Annie and Margot Phillips; and his aunt Susan Hardy Justice.
