She is survived by: her husband Donald James Emilian; her children, Jim Emilian (Jan) and Helen Sharp (David); her sisters, Jane Melvin (John) and Julie Merck; her parents, Lois Sykes Hazzard and John Potter Hazzard III; and her brother John Potter Hazzard IV.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Della's name to Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church missions.
