He is survived by: his wife Karen Sue Bullock; his mother-in-law Martha Rutledge; his brother-in-law Joe Rutledge; his nieces, Kimberly Ann Swink (Darrell Swink) of Denver, CO and Amy Leigh Rutledge (Gregg Nevill) of Rancho Cucomongo, CA; his nephew William Thomas Rutledge; and his great-nieces, Sonya Swink, Laura Swink, Becky Swink, Abby Nevill and Grace Nevill.
