She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Smith (David) and Charles F. White (Sonya); her daughter-in-law Judy White; her brothers, Roy Carter, James Carter and Robert Earl Carter; and her grandchildren, Chin White, Kenny White, Sue Song, Jae Ko and Elizabeth Bonner.
