She was predeceased by: her parents, Sallie Atkins and Vandiver Lazenby; her husband John Robert Harris Jr.; and her sisters, Sara Lazenby Richardson, Vandalyn Lazenby Chaplin and Nell Kinney Lazenby.

She is survived by: her children, John Robert Harris III (Kathy) of Tuscaloosa, Sallie Harris Pradat (Bill) of Birmingham and Jewel Harris Quiner of Atlanta; her grandchildren, Marion Pradat McNider (Coleman), Katherine Lazenby Harris, John Robert Harris IV, Paul Harris Quiner and Sallie Carlson Quiner; and her great grandchild Emerson Jane McNider.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.
