It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Phil Hembree (Birmingham, Alabama), who passed away on October 15, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Louise and Harvey Hembree; and his daughter Tammy Hembree. He is survived by: his children, Tabatha Hembree, Phillip Hembree (Jessica), Tony Hembree (Marie) and Damon Hembree; his siblings, Raymond Hembree (Suzann) and Nadean Hembree; and his grandchildren, Emily Faith Hembree, Brooke Hembree, Dori Hembree, Chase Antonio and John A. Antonio.
