It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsene Klinner of Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on November 9, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Askins and Dovie Williams Askins; her daughter Terri Klinner; and her brother George R. Askins. She is survived by: her sons, Michael, Billy and Bobby Klinner. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren.
