She was predeceased by: her brother Paul Allen, Jr.; and her brother-in-law Barry Cohn. She is survived by: her siblings, Paula Allen Cohn of Crestwood and Wayne Earl Allen (Tori) of Birmingham; her sister-in-law Donna Allen; her uncle Dr. Wayne Kotcamp (Eileen) of Louisville; and her aunt Sylvia Schwartz of Miamisburg, OH.. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
