She was predeceased by: her aunt Barbara Ann McDonald; and her grandparents, Alfred A. Blavat "Dziadziu" and Helen Turk. She is survived by: her parents, Sandra Jean Turk and Martin Harris Turk; and her sister Dani Beth Turk.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to at Children's of Alabama.
