She was predeceased by: her son Nathaniel Gross; her grandchildren, Ricky Gross and LaShaunda Paschal; and her sisters, Ella Mae Ewing, Dorothy Roache, Rachel Gross and Drucilla Gross.
She is survived by: her sons, Tommy Gross (Rita) and Gregory Gross; her sister Clara Gross Holt; and her friend Donna Slaughter. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
