She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover C. Hampton and Ara Scarborough Hampton; and her brother Tommy Hampton. She is survived by: her husband Billy Fred Sparks of Birmingham; her children, Patty East of Lacey Springs, Randy Sparks of Birmingham and Tim Sparks (Sherri) of Birmingham; and her siblings, Ann Chandler of Moody, Catherine Wallace of Birmingham, Bhurrell Hampton of Moody and Frank Hampton of Trussville. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 11 Great-grandchildren.
