He is survived by: his children, Vicki Churchill, Cindi Glenn (Scott) and Milton Gilmore (Laura); his grandchildren, David (Sarah Corinne) and Megan Bush; his great grandchildren, Skylar Bush and Levi Bush; and also, Will and Hamilton.
