He is survived by: his parent Mozelle Forrest Anglin; his wife Bettye Ann Anglin; his children, Andrea Nicole Hooks and Forrest Lehjeune Anglin, Jr.; his granddaughter Vanessa Nicole Hooks; and his sister Janyce Anglin Johnson.
