He was predeceased by: his parents, David Hale and Virginia Gragg Hale; and his brother-in-law Charles Logan. He is survived by: his children, Greta Lee Locke and Greg Hale (Danielle) of Rocky Mount, VA; his grandchildren, Hadley Locke, Matthew Locke, Jaden Shea, Layla Hale and Gavin Hale; his sister Barbara Hale Logan of Thorsby; his nephew Jason Logan (Angela) of Clanton; and his friend Sue Hunter of Birmingham.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Shriner's Hospital for Children, 2900 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607.
