He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clifton Usrey and Edna Clem; and his siblings, Joyce Yancey and Wallace Usrey. He is survived by: his wife Helen Usrey; his children, Candice U. Sayer (Jeremy) and Rodney W. Usrey (Karen); his siblings, Ruth Dement, Charlotte Carr, Teresa Bradshaw and Glenn Usrey; and his grandchildren, Riley W. Usrey, Jacob Z. Sayer, Maddie Sayer, Zaine Usrey and Sophie Sayer.
