He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry Paul Tuggle, Sr. and Eva Kennamer Tuggle of Birmingham; his children, Leigh Tuggle Olivar (Harry) of San Marino and Paul Kennamer Tuggle (Jennifer) of Athens, Georgia; his grandchildren, Robert Patterson Jackson IV, David Harris Jackson, Katherine Grace Tuggle and Harry Olivar III; his sister Betty Buikema (Tuggle); and his children, Michael O'Dell and Paula O'Dell.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer that donations be made in his memory to Oak Grove United Methodist Church, marked "Traditional Music Fund.".
