He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Fowler and Lela Mae Fowler; his daughter Laquita Handley; his grandchildren, Justin and Jillian of Birmingham, Ala; and his siblings, Ernest Fowler of Meridian, Charles Fowler of Birmingham, Ala and Beatrice Harmon of Flint.
