She was predeceased by: her parents, Tommie Carr, Sr. and Martha Early Carr; and her siblings, Tommie Carr, Jr., Benjamin Carr, Annie Ruth Thomas, Helen Marie Wood, Dorothy Palmer and Claudette C. Carr.

She is survived by: her sisters, Luvenia Carr of Palmdate, California and Jimmie Lee Crochen (Cookie) of Palmdate, California; her children, Darlene Y. Davis, Roslyn B. Monroe (James) and Theodis A. Bitten (Theresa); her grandchildren, Andre D. Bitten (Latanya), Richetta Clayton Jones, Nakia S. Bitten, Monica S. Bitten, Kimberly Davis, Mollena Davis and Jeremiah Davis; and her close friends, Hattie Thomas, Debra Wells and Patricia Manuel. She is also survived by great grandchildren and other relatives.
