He is survived by: his wife Linda Bice; his sons, Jerry "Eddie" Bice Jr. (Paula) and Allen Bice; his daughter-in-law Michelle Bice; his sister Stella Barker; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Landon, Brody Bice and Mitch Poe.
