He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Hebert and Bernice Hebert; and his brother Michael Hebert. He is survived by: his wife Diane Hebert; his children, Lisa McEntyre (Kevin) and Matthew Hebert (Bobbi); his granddaughter Raegan Hebert; and his brothers, Tim Hebert (Vicki) and Joe Hebert (Laura). He is also survived by several nieces, nephew.
