He is survived by: his wife Rozlyn Outlaw Spiker; his children, Dr. Christopher Spiker (Janie), Dr. Catherine Spiker (Raj Singh) and Cynthia Rambin (Michael); his grandsons, Henry Rambin and Nian Singh; and his siblings, Linda Rigby (Glenn), Karen Warren and Richard Spiker (Tracey). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
