She was predeceased by: her parents, Dena Batchelor and Virgil Batchelor; and her sister Doris Batchelor. She is survived by: her husband John R. Phillips; her sons, Joseph V. Ross of St. Petersburg, FL and Dr. John R. Phillips (Kate); her grandchildren, Robert and Madeline Phillips; and her sisters, Kay Gray and Diane Painter. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
