She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Gene Carlisle; and her parents, Daniel McLain and Wrennie McLain. She is survived by: her children, Kay Stalnaker (Ken), Alicia Trawick (Steve), Bob Carlisle (Gay), Steve Carlisle (Kim) and Keith Carlisle; and her sister Jewel Weldon. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Vestavia Hills United Methodist Church.
