It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Bullard (Birmingham, Alabama), who passed away on August 15, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James L. Bullard; her son Rex A. Bullard; and her brother Wayne Roper. She is survived by: her sons, Donald E. Bullard (Carol), Richard L. Bullard (Beverly) and Kenneth A. Bullard (Kelly); her grandson Richard L. Bullard, Jr. (Amanda); and her great grandchildren, Cameron and Noah Bullard.
